James Sanger has now launched his new artist development program, A Second Pair Of Ears, and is seeking ambitious bands and artists from around the world to work alongside and develop. Amongst other opportunities, the artist development program includes:

Most recently Vibey Developments band, English Teacher, signed to Universal / Island Records. James co-write and produced their debit EP 'The World's Biggest Paving Slab’, at his studio Vibey Studios.
